Zapier

With the Zapier integration, you can connect Kuno to over 6,000 apps and automatically route your conversation notes wherever you need them — your CRM, task manager, or team chat. Nothing is sent unless you trigger it, and you're always in control.

At a glance

  • Connect Kuno via Zapier to your CRM, task tools, Slack, Teams, and over 6,000 other apps.
  • Two triggers: automatic for new notes in a specific folder, or manual per note from the side menu.
  • Set up takes just a few minutes in the Kuno app under Settings → Integrations.
  • Only notes you approve are transferred — the original recording stays EU-hosted on your device and in Kuno.
  • Privacy note: once data leaves Kuno, the destination app's processing terms apply — check its server location.
  • Available on Kuno plans that include integrations; [email protected] can help with questions.

Zapier is an automation service that connects Kuno to over 6,000 apps — such as your CRM, task manager, or a team chat. This lets the summaries and transcripts from your Kuno conversations automatically reach wherever you work next, with no copying and pasting.

Requirements

  • A Kuno plan that includes integrations
  • The Kuno app, paired with your Kuno device via Bluetooth
  • A Zapier account (a free account is enough to get started)

Setting up the integration

  1. In the Kuno app, open Settings → Integrations and select Zapier.
  2. Tap Connect. You’ll be redirected to Zapier and asked to sign in.
  3. Confirm access. Kuno will then appear in Zapier as an available app.
  4. In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose Kuno as the trigger.
  5. Set the trigger: New note in folder (fires automatically for every new note in a specific folder) or Manually shared note (only notes you actively share).
  6. Choose the destination app and the field you want — for example, a new task in your project tool or a message in a Slack channel.
  7. Test the Zap with a recent note, then turn it on.

Sharing a note manually

If you chose the Manually shared note trigger, open the relevant note in the Kuno app, tap Share in the side menu, and select Zapier. Only that one note is transferred.

What gets transferred

Depending on your setup, the title, date, summary, and transcript of the note are passed along. The original recording never leaves Kuno — it stays EU-hosted and is never used to train AI models.

Privacy note: Once a note leaves Kuno via Zapier, it becomes subject to the processing and storage terms of the destination app and of Zapier — these may use servers outside the EU. Before activating a Zap, check the destination app’s server location and GDPR compliance. Also make sure everyone in the recording gave their consent (Section 201 StGB) before forwarding any content.
