Integrations overview

Integrations connect the Kuno app to the tools you already use, so transcripts and summaries automatically land wherever you keep working. All connections are processed within the EU and can be revoked at any time.

At a glance

  • Integrations send transcripts and summaries from the Kuno app to external tools — recording itself always stays with the Kuno device.
  • Available categories: note-taking and knowledge tools, calendars, cloud storage, tasks/CRM, and export via webhook/API.
  • Each integration is enabled individually in the app settings and can be disconnected there at any time.
  • Sending data to an integration is an active choice — nothing is transferred without your approval.
  • Privacy note: once data leaves for an external tool, that tool's storage location and terms apply — check these before connecting.
  • Kuno never trains models on your content; EU processing applies to Kuno, but not necessarily to the destination system.

Integrations connect the Kuno app to the tools where you put your conversations to use. Recordings are still made on the Kuno device and transferred to the app via Bluetooth; an integration then decides where the finished transcript or summary goes next.

What integrations are available

  • Note-taking and knowledge tools – sends summaries to your notes app, neatly structured per recording.
  • Calendar – links recordings to the matching event so context is preserved.
  • Cloud storage – saves transcripts as files in your storage service.
  • Tasks & CRM – writes detected to-dos or conversation notes into your system.
  • Webhook / API – for custom workflows, if you want to route data to a destination of your choosing.

You can always see which services are currently available in the app under Settings → Integrations.

Connecting an integration

  1. Open the Kuno app and go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select the service you want.
  3. Sign in with the provider and confirm the requested permissions.
  4. Decide what gets sent — for example, only summaries or full transcripts.

Nothing is transferred automatically until you’ve actively set up an integration.

Disconnecting an integration

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Select the service and tap Disconnect.

From that point on, Kuno stops sending new data to that tool. Content already transferred remains with the provider and must be deleted there separately.

Privacy: As long as content stays within the Kuno app, it’s processed exclusively in the EU, and we never train AI models on your data. Once you send data to an integration, that provider’s storage location and terms apply — check these before connecting, especially for tools with servers outside the EU. Also keep in mind: a recording may only be made with the consent of everyone involved (Section 201 StGB); this still applies once content flows on to other systems.
