A scheduling app may see event titles, attendees, task content and working patterns. Check exactly which calendars and fields it reads, whether it writes or deletes events, how access is revoked, where data is processed, and what retention and training terms apply.

Measure planning friction and reliability
Track these during a two-week pilot:
